    I am VERY new at this. I'm trying to figure out why it says My device doesn't have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries when I try my browser.I have been able to get on there in the past. Not sure what to do about that.

    Do you have a BB data plan? Have you resent your service books? Have you tried a battery pull? Have you re-registered your device on the network?

    Ummm... that's all a foriegn language to me. I guess I'll just take it to Verizon tomorrow. Thank you!
