Default browse "certificate" window.

I revived my 8300 on Tmob yesterday. Using the browser to visit Tmob, App Store, etc I keep getting a window " site's certificate expired" or something. My choices are "view certificate" (worthless), "cancel", or "go ahead" (or something like that). This thing comes up A LOT. Is there some setting that basically says "don't do this to me ever again"? Thanks in advance.
