So, after about a month of owning the bb, my trackball broke. The whole ball casing just broke. So, I went to cnn.cn to order one, and I got the original with the chrome ring, and then the tmo G1 black trackball.

Does anyone have any gripes with cnn.cn with shipping of products, and the products themselves?

I personally have not ordered from them but have seen many people posting about that it took two weeks for the stuff to get to them but they were very satisfied when it did.

I ordered one tying from them and will never go back. I'm an impatient person and there shipping speed was horrible. Keep in mind they are shipping from hong kong, if I can remeber right.

i ordered from them on the 16th. took them till the 19th to ship it. as of now, the only update I have is that it left hong kong on the 24th. glad i wasn't in a rush for my stuff. doubt i'll go back because of time it takes to get stuff.

I bought a new housing, screws and tools from perfectesell on ebay, and had all of the items in 2 days...count em - 2 days!
Order was finalized on Friday at 3pm and at noon today, mr.mailman left my items in the box. WOW! And perfect, brand new condition.

try ebay- they usually have what you looking for. cost a lot less and most time free shipping. fast delivery. I buy from ebay all the time. Just purchase an atomic track ball 8900 that fit my curve perfectly for less than 20 bucks! and got it in 2 days flat without paying extra.

I ordered parts from cnn last week, and they arrived today. No complaints here, but then, I *knew* the parts were coming from Hong Kong, so I expected a longer wait. Thumbs up here!

My bb looks similar, minus a trackball.... haha

this "atomic" trackball. tell me about it. is your's straight from a 8900? because I thought that wasn't possible because of a different type of ball? or is it just a blacked out "G1" trackball.

cnn.com says it's "G1 OEM black trackball." I know others have said their new trackballs are much smoother than their old ones. I don't find that to be the case with mine. It feels the same, it's just black.

according to the ad where I purchased mine they claim it was an atomic trackball or false advertistments... yet other sites that are selling the g1 are now saying it's the "so called atomic trackball" ummm but in the end it's much better than the original white tb that came with the BB. I have no complaints one way or the other. It's very smooth to scroll and it won't get dingy looking
