    The USB port on my BB broke and quit charging my phone so I sent in for a replacement.

    Replacement showed up today but has no web browser loaded on it. I usually download the opera mini browser but I cant do that with out a browser.

    Any suggestions?

    How do you resend the service books?

    I went into options selected the service books but cant resend

    Call Alltel customer service and have them push the service books to your phone.

    You do have a data plan, right?

    Log in to your BIS from a computer. BlackBerry Internet Service

    Click Help.

    Click Send Service Books.

    If you don't know your user name and password for the BIS, call Alltel and they can reset it for you.

    It's not necessary to call the carrier.
