    When you go through the setup procedure on the phone, the service books get pushed to the phone.

    well we just came back from bestbuy and it turns out that all there phones are like that so they gave her back the money so people beaware

    mine was the same way when i bought it at radio shack. all you do is hook it up to your computer and run bbdm and boom all is good.

    When you register your device on sprint and set up a BIS account (email push) you get your service books browser etc... the books are sent from the carrier and they can help you since the geek squad at best buy cannot...

    ur service books are under mobile network go to setting mobile network hit the black berry menu and then hit start provisioning. all u need is to have boost put the phone on ur acct then u can do the service book ur self and bamm u got a new black berry
