I finally talked my wife into getting a BB Curve. We can't get hooked up with BB Messenger but have gotten her hooked up with a couple of other friends. Any suggestions?? Also we have connected on Bluetooth but cannot get any ringtones sent. It is telling me that it is failing to send. Any suggestions on that?? Thanks
What device do you have? You don't show a devcie in your profile. BBMessenger only works between BlackBerry devices. If the process of adding a contact worked for your other friends, it should work for you the same way. As for transferring ringtones, try initiating the transfer from the receiving device. BlackBerry devices generally have to be the controlling device in Bluetooth activities.
