Hi I am new to BB's...i bought a blackberry online and it had been working fine up until this morning. Actually I think yesterday it had turned off on my, but turned back on when i tried. But this morning it wouldn't power on at all!...i've tried to take out the battery and what not and that will not work. I don't hve a flashing LED light so i'm not sure if I can try reinstalling the OS. I am currently not home right now so i was just wondering is there anything I could do...besides taking it in to the store.

Another issue...I was waiting to switch over my account with tmobile to my blackberry to make sure i had all my contacts in my phone. So I don't even know if my insurance would warrant me in this type of situation so if anyone knows about that, that would be helpful also.
