    Hi, i�m having some trouble with my curve, yesterday the bis service stoped working on my cell, i called my cellphone provider and talk with customer support and they couldn't help me, i've tried re-sending the service books but i never get them, maybe someone can help on what i could do...

    Did you switch berries? If so your profile needs to be updated by your tech team if not try a battery and sim pull (if you have one)
