    When I try to use Intellisync to Synchronize my 8310 with my computer, I get the following error message: "Application Logon Failed".

    Any ideas?

    Thrusher - I presume you've solved this problem by now. But since I just had to fight my way through the same thing and didn't see any solution posted on the board I thought I'd go ahead and answer (even though it's 7 months after your question) in case anyone else encounters this.

    You most likely got this error because you changed your logon password on your desktop email program. To set the password on your bberry desktop manager to match:


    1. open your synchronization manager.

    2. go to the configuration tab

    3. choose configure synch

    4. hit the "choose" address book button

    5. choose options

    6. type your new password in the appropriate box

    note - I believe you need to have your bberry connected to the computer in order to access some of the options listed above.
