When I place or receive a call my blackberry will have sound through the internal headset but then 1 second later it switches to the headphone port, then back to the internal headset. It continues to do this till the call has been ended... What is causing this?
It sounds like a software issues, and or hardware issues, if your phone is withing one year of the original purchase date att will replace it, if it is not, i would suggest reinstalling the os and tested, if issue persist i would point fingers at hardware issue. if it hardware and your not withing the one year marker and have insurance you could file a claim and have it replaced. hope this helps, cheers.
There is nothing plugged into the headphone jack, and this just started out of nowhere, i was in a call, it dropped, then i called the person back and now this is what is happening.
