Okay so I have the BB Curve 8330 now on my laptop I do not have a cd drive I have the Acer 10 in screen the real tiny one. Anyways, I have a usb cord that I am using but the darn thing won't connect to it my computer to where I can remove things off of my BB or add anything to it. I want to know do I need the drivers to do it? Cause when I plug it in my computer sees that it is a BB and says Blackberry but then it pops up to where it wants me to install the cd. I am not sure what to do.
Don't know if you have (as it is not stated) but you need Desk Top Manager loaded on your computor first. All things can be handled there. Found on the BB site I believe.

Previous two posts are correct. You will need DM for the drivers to do any sort of data managing. Although without DM, you can still use your PC to charge your Berry.
