Blackberry curve 8320

Hi,

I have a question about the curve 8320. I got a second curve the other day and I am haveing problems disabeling the locking option on the menu. I have tryed to reinstall the os but no luck I have one other curve same model and I can deactivat the locking on it. It is a us phone and tmobile is the carer.

Did you obtain the device used?

Sounds like device has an IT Policy on it.
