I like to know is there a way to save everything on ur Blackberry calendar? For the past few months I been entering all my activities on my bb and when I went back it only saved the recurring event not all the other stuff for two months only? I then checked my outlook and same thing only it only saved two months worth of info and anything past the 2 months it only saved recurring events

The default for Calender is to save for 60 days.

Calender / Options / Calender Options, scroll down to Actions and change Keep Appointments to Forever.

Well, ummm I don't think that makes any difference. I actually have my Calendar set for 'Forever' and it still deletes everything past 60 days. :-/

Thats a weird one, never had that problem. When you synch it go into advanced and make sure it is set to synch all events just not future ones. That might be it.
