Hey, quick question. I have two blackberry 8330's through Verizon. Both numbers were ported to different phones about 1 month ago. I have not turned them on again until now because I am going to sell them. The batteries were dead I guess, so I plugged them in and all I am getting is the red led on solid when on the charger. I want to wipe the phones but I can't get them to turn on. Any idea what the problem might be? Thanks.
How long have they been charging. Sometimes if my wife uses hers until the battery shuts the phone off, the light may be solid for 30 - 45 minutes before the phone will actually turn back on. Try giving it a little bit of time.
