so yea, i finally updated the software for the curve to 4.0.5v
there are some things that bother me about this new software.
1st when i make a call, the homescreen wallpaper changes to some ugly default wallpaper and the font changes into comic sans or some crap. is there anyway to change this?
2nd when someone texts or bbms me, i go to my inbox and it shows some fat bold messages until i read it.
everything else is fine, but these 2 tweaks seem to annoy me.
1. That screen is controlled by the theme you have selected. You would need to change to a different theme. But it still would be theme-controlled. You cannot change it from what the theme designer has created.
2. Um ... that's how you tell that the messages haven't been read yet. Otherwise, how would you know which ones have/haven't been read. You can always go to the top of the list and press the Menu button and select Mark Prior Opened.
