Hi, i'm really new to this and have been able to add personalized ringtones to my BB 8320. However, when I try to download and unzip game files that include the .alx or .aix extensions and try to load these onto my BB with the data cable, I always get this error message: "No Additional Applications for your Device were Found." and this is what I get after I try to add another file from the computer that is supposed to have a compatible file extension. Each time I have tried different files, the program manager doesn't recognize any of them. I am running the 4.2.2.14 that I downloaded from the CD and am using what was preloaded on the BB 8320. Please help! Thanks.

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

There is one more step you have to complete.

Download and install the current device OS from your carrier. This should be exactly the same verison you have installed.

Once it is installed, Applications Manager will get past that step and you can install third party applications.
