Hi,

Last night I installed the new facebook application to my phone. I thought it was strange when it took so long to instal but what it was doing was completly resetting all my data to the point that when it finished installing I had nothing. No e-mail accounts, no phone addresses nothing.

Does anyone know if there is a way of getting it back, the last backup was in july (which serves me right....)

Also, I now do not have a browser, does anyone know how I can get that back?

Delete the facebook app, and log into you BIS account, push your service books to your device, this will not get your addresses back but you will get your browsers and your email accounts back.

Sorry for sounding like an ***** but how do I log into my BIS account?

click on the link I posted and enter in your username and password, if you have forgotten it, click on the forgot password link...if that does not work you will need to call o2 to have them change it for you or push the service books for you

Make sure you get past 1st Tier Support - and get through to Data Support - otherwise you will be on the phone for a long time.
