Hey guys I just got a BB 8320. I played with the phone and all of a sudden the screen went black... Then i press the voice command button and it ask me to say a command,.. but the screen is still dark.. Is there a way i can restart it or is my screen broken?

Pull the battery for 30 seconds and then replace it. See if that doesn't work.

Take it to tmobile, they should give you a brand new one.
