I can not find a web site that I can buy a full blacked out housing.. Like even with the track ball and trackball ring being black... Anyone know of a real website that I can get this. Thanks in advance for any help

cnn.cn is where I ordered my full titanium housing and black ring with black G1 trackball for my 8330. I've ordered other things from them in the past and have never had a problem.

It doesn't come in an all in one kit persay, you will have to buy things seperately, like the trackball ring and g1 trackball. I love the look though, especially over the bland silver I used to have that came on the phone.

I would pickup some replacement screws at the same time...
Also beware of the possibility of it not fitting 100%. After I installed mine, dust would get under the lens because it was not sealed to the faceplate properly. Very sweet looking blacked out tho...

My black housing should arrive this week and I already have the G1 trackball. I tried to replace just the lens and it never really set as it should. Getting the front housing and lens as one unit should help I hope.

At some point I will need to get the trackball ring in black but I cannot bring myself to spend the money on shipping from cnn.cn for a 1.33 purchase. Perhaps when I or someone else need more parts I'll just tack it on.

Very nice. That looks really good I'm thinking about blacking out my 8900 because a have a nice little ding on my bezel.

Just soak a ring in oven cleaner or drain cleaner for a few days and you will have your black ring.

Just be careful with whatever you use. If it is strong enough to strip chrome off a part, it probably isn't good for you.
