i have blackberry 4.7 desktop software version and i am not able to get to use the Media manager so i can add music or what not,

what is up anyone know what has happened, i use to be able to use it till i updated i believe,

any help would be greatly appreciated

4.6 desktop manager is better suited for your device. 4.7 doesnt work that great with 83xx devices with OS versions under 4.6.
Provided you have a media card just use mass storage mode to transfer your music. On the device go to options/media card and enable mass storage there. Also enable to have it auto enable when connected. Now plug in the device using the usb cable and go to my computer. It will show up as a device with removable storage. Double click it to open the folder then find the folder you want. Drag and drop the files into their respected folders.
