I have a problem. I tried to install the BB desktop manager for my BB 8310. It will not install. I'm running Vista on my Laptop. Please advise. Its goes through the process but then it disappears. HELP!!!
If you have a partial install, make sure you uninstall and delete everything related to BB from your comp. Install DM 4.3 and also if possible install vista SP1 update using windows update. I had the same issue as youe did, after I installed SP1 DM worked like a charm.
