Hey everybody I am trying to setup my BIS account through the ATT site but when I put the the IMEI & PIN in it comes back saying they are incorrect. I double checked everything but same issue. Anybody have any idea's? Thanks
Have you got a live sim card in the handset? I tried registering one at work for a customer and it kept saying the same as you are encountering. Put a live sim in and it immediatly worked.

Hi, Yes the sim card is live because I am able to make calls and receive them. I am calling ATT now to see if the BIS is enabled. I will report back. Thanks
