    Hey everybody I am trying to setup my BIS account through the ATT site but when I put the the IMEI & PIN in it comes back saying they are incorrect. I double checked everything but same issue. Anybody have any idea's? Thanks

    Have you got a live sim card in the handset? I tried registering one at work for a customer and it kept saying the same as you are encountering. Put a live sim in and it immediatly worked.

    Check from your provider that BIS service is already enabled....

    Hi, Yes the sim card is live because I am able to make calls and receive them. I am calling ATT now to see if the BIS is enabled. I will report back. Thanks

    Ok I spoke with ATT today and they forgot to *** the BIS account when I ordered it but it is on now so I am all gooooood!!!

    I was like you why would i buy a Curve without the BIS service it's like buying a car with no tires...lol!!

    I agree with you on that. Buying a BB with no BB functionality is just a waste.
