So my phone is all screwed up. I have no BIS on my phone. The service books arent there. My cell provider made sure everything was set. So I went to BIS to send all the servicebooks again. I set up an account back in Feb and FORGOT the password. So I click that and they say they sent the password to my phone. WELL...its not working so I never get the message.
I figured I would just start over. It wont let me because it says my PIN already has an account.
Yep. My friend works there. I am having him try resetting it again today. I am just assuming its because this current carrier doesnt have specific BB data plans. They are switching to ATT though. I think I might just have to wait it out.
