So my phone is all screwed up. I have no BIS on my phone. The service books arent there. My cell provider made sure everything was set. So I went to BIS to send all the servicebooks again. I set up an account back in Feb and FORGOT the password. So I click that and they say they sent the password to my phone. WELL...its not working so I never get the message.
I figured I would just start over. It wont let me because it says my PIN already has an account.

What do I do?

Got it. Messed around and got the correct password.

But I still didnt get the servicebooks. UGh. WTH is wrong with this thing?

try registering with the network options>advanced>host routing table, hit menu register now then send service books

I tried that. But the message still isnt coming through. I would like to THROW this thing sometimes!

Well, it keeps saying "Registration Message Sent" and thats all that happens

what caused you to loose BIS? Give me some history.

It was never there in the first place. i have no idea. I guess thats what i get for buying a phone off ebay. AND it cost me a damn arm and a leg. ugh.

do you have a data plan with you carrier!?!

Yep. My friend works there. I am having him try resetting it again today. I am just assuming its because this current carrier doesnt have specific BB data plans. They are switching to ATT though. I think I might just have to wait it out.

the pin needs to be released by the previous owner

in my dm the bottom shows my pin. then "connected" then "unavailable". and the email setup is there...but faded. so you cant click on it or anything

I wonder if updating my os would help.

I was looking under my "manage connections" and it just says im NOT CONNECTED to BIS. How do I fix that then?
