I'm new to the BB world. I am trying to add my work e-mail account. I'm the e-mail administrator for my work so I know that we have both POP3 and IMAP enabled on our e-mail server. When I'm on the web site (ATT) to add my account I enter the information and the account gets set up. When I go to Advanced Options it keeps showing that it created the account on the POP3 protocol.
I've successfully have set up Outlook to access my account using IMAP using the exact same credentials that BIS is asking for so I know that IMAP is working.
