I have a blackberry 83xx phone connected with AT&T server that was running fine for a year. A month ago, emails starting having problems. Lost connectivity and no emails for over 2 weeks and we tried everything:
    - Delete / re-created accounts
    - restarted phone, battery remove, replaced, etc.
    - resent service books
    - host routing tables
    - uninstalled IIS and Exchange Server, reinstalled + service pack 2

Now, recently, for no apparent reason, it started getting emails. delayed at first (3 min to 10 minutes per email). Then it started getting emails consistently, but it skips emails. If there were 3 emails coming in at the same time (e.g. 10:34am), one of them is received, but not the others.

    Called tech support... the results:
    RIM blames Microsoft Exchange Server
    Microsoft blames RIM
AT&T blames both RIM and Microsoft

    Any ideas????

P.S. The company also have several other people on BIS. Half the people are not having problems, the other half are not receiving emails. Everyone has an Exchange account with the same properties, mostly Verizon subscribers with a few AT&T sprinkled in there.
