I just updated a small client to a new web host, and I can't get BIS email going. The MX record for the domain is still mail.domain.com (but is now pointing to a new ip). Outlook mail resolution is working fine.
I tried going into BIS and deleting the email account then recreating it but still no success. I have waited at least five hours and i still can't receive mail.
Sounds like the RIM DNS servers have not updated. How can I verify?
