Hi all,
I searched google and the forums before posting, so sorry if this is a repeat.

I have a problem on my 8330 when I enter a birthday in address book (for example, August 9th), it shows an appointment that runs from August 8th 8 PM until August 9th 8 PM. What's up with that?

FYI - I am also using google sync with my BB.

I noticed this too on my 8320 after syncing with Outlook.

I saw a post on google's forums about how it might be linked to the timezone of the phone, One user says his show up at 6 PM the day before and his time zone is GMT -6.

My problem doesn't fit this, because I am GMT -5 and my birthday issue is 4 hours off

Did you check the all day appointment box in Outlook? Did you check it on the Blackberry? There is a known issue with all day appointments. If you set them as all day in Outlook, that syncs to the BlackBerry as a midnight to midnight appointment. Then if you change time zones, the appointment changes to track the time zone. That can cause it to be 1:00 am to 1:00 am, spanning two days.
