    Well, don't think there's such a thing really. U just use audio editing software and take 30 second clips out of full songs. I use sony sound forge and have been for years.

    Download that program and like dave_sz said you can edit your music. Works great because you can custom your music for the personality type of your caller.

    I use Audacity. It is free and complete. There may be a bit of a learning curve for some. But you have control of the gain, fade, ability to mix multiple songs, cut sections out and add them in.

    Buy a mac so u can get free ringtones, classic. Doesn't ur desktop manager come with roxio for u to make ur own ringtones.

    Macromedia Flash, Final Cut Pro, Garageband, Windows Movie Maker, iMovie pretty much any video/audio editor will allow you to edit audio files. So you have a lot of options.

    Another vote for audacity. Just a note though, after creating your fabulous ringtone, you must export the ringtone as an mp3. This requires you to have the lame.dll file on your computer as well (free download).
