My 8320 basically has been giving me some weird static noises, but long story short, my replacement 8320 comes tomorrow. I know there is supposed to be a "transfer device" option on the manager software, but i use a mac, so as you know, i've never personally used the software. I asked the reps at the store and they said to just use the feature on the app, but I wanted to see what you guys said.
I'm most worried about my BBM contacts being transferred and being "auto updated" with my new PIN and my layout/setting preferences.
I tried to search around beforehand, but I didn't see anything too specific, sorry if i foresaw this. Thanks!
