I'm looking for the best free Instant Message app where you can have buddy lists and everything AIM has etc but since I can't get AIM on my Verizon Curve, what would you suggest: Ramble IM, Mobile IM or something else?

nothing is free... so to speak.. Mobile IM is a free app, but it uses text message towards your account.

I am running windows messenger, it works great! and of course BB messenger for all of my friends with berries!

I simply use BBM for my friends with Blackberries, and Yahoo messenger for everyone else. I believe Yahoo uses data, not texts.

I'm running BeeJive right now and I really like it...I'll probably bite the bullet and buy it when the trial is up....the interface is great.
