Bump I am curious about the same thing. Was going to help a friend upgrade their OS but not sure which one is the best for the Tmobile 8320

No question, BlackBerry Device OS v4.5xx is your best choice.

Personally, I prefer the specific version my carrier supports, v4.5.0.81, both Rogers and T-Mobile USA.

There is little point in chasing the sub versions, you will never see a difference, and you can never be sure all the feature are enabled correctly. I have tested and rolled back some sub versions that do not support Wifi/UMA correctly.

I agree with Reed and would go with 4.5.0.81. Yes there are newer ones out there, but that OS is the only one I have not experienced any problems with yet. I upgraded my device to a few of the newer ones as they came out but each time experienced problems with my browser.

This is the OS I have and everthing works fine. I even watch youtube videos with no problem. This is the version that was on the phone when I bought it unlocked. It is a T-mobile phone.

I loved .81 when I had my 8320, didn't ever bother upgrading as it seemed pretty perfect...
