New user here..
We have an exchange server at work, not BES though.

Would I benefit using the Blackberry Professional Software or should I just go with a hosting company for BES?

BB Professional doesn't do exchange integration. You'd still have to go through your service provider's BIS to check your email.

I think it would be helpful if you explained what you wanted to get out of this, that way your questions could be better answered.
