I wanted to get the correct video encoding settings working with a 8330 Curve for a transcode from .wmv format using the videolan media player's wizard program. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never used the VLC app to convert, but here are the setting that have worked for me on my 8330.

Output format - MPEG4
Video Scale Size - 320�240
Output Audio Codec - AAC
Output Video Codec - MPEG-4
Bitrate - 384 kbps
Frame Rate - 25 fps
