    My BB Messenger is only giving me the option to add contacts via email. How can I get it to let me do it via PIN also? I click the Use Once and the only option on my screen is email. Thanks in advance!

    After selecting Add contact, it goes to your Address book - scroll to the top, Highlight Use Once (don't click) - hit Menu, request by PIN.
