Maybe it is just me, but all of my PIN requests still say pending and most of the people I sent them to said they did not even get a request? Any help?
Possibly the dullest question i'm going to ask this year or next, but are you set up for BB services on your BB? I had exactly the same trouble a few weeks ago and it transpired that my phone hadn't been set up for BB services.....
I would agree with gregh...that is the only thing I can think of. You must a BB data plan in order for the messenger to work not just any smartphone data plan. Call your carrier to be sure, because sometimes they say they have added something and it doesn't really happen.
