Me my wife have the same 8310 bb. My messenger works fine but hers don't. Click on pending contacts but u can't accept or decline. That doesn't even come up. Please help. The app is installed

Lets say she is trying to add you, and your name is in the pending list. Hve you accepted the request? If so have her delete the pending and you also do the same. Now make sure that you ar in her address book and that your address book has you pin in it. Have her add you again and use your pin.
