Just a random thought that sprang into my head - if I am unavailable on my BB status, will I get the red notification light telling me that someone has sent me a message. I know when you're available you hear the ringer and the light flashes; is this also the case for an 'unavailable' status?

You should still get the light, but not the sound. BBM5 seems to be hit and miss with shutting down sound notification though.

From my experience you'll get the red light flashing but no ringtone when you're status is set to unavailable
