Hello, I bought a blackberry curve 8320, and I activated theservice, but the blackberry messenger doesn�t work, the application its installed but I can�t find the icon. I go into the applications loader and look the details of the blackberry messenger some of the module appear as �not installed�.
I deleted the application and installed again but the problem persisted.

Not a pro here, do you have the icon hidden? Press the bb button and select show all

Yeah I would try this first. You may have hidden it on accident.
