can you guys help me out?

i have an unlocked at&t 8310 and im using rogers on it. But i cant seem to get my bbm to work. I cant add anyone and people who try to add me just gets rejected. i was thinking it might be because im using rogers on an at&t phone but not too sure because its unlocked.

any solutions?

Are you adding the contacts via pin# or email? Pin is usually the best way
