Ok, this is weird. My blackberry keeps resetting itself. If I'm using it, it stays on. But the minute I set it on the desk or stick it in my pocket, after about 2 minutes the screen goes blank and it resets itself. I'm sure I'll have to do a (insert profanity here) wipe. Has anyone else had this problem before? If so, did the wipe fix it?

try using the device without a memory card....see if that prevents it from rebooting...

sometimes the memory card get damage an then you get that error

I had the same problem once. It was the memory card. I reformatted it at my computer and the problem disappeared.

I've had experiences with downloading an image from the internet will result occaisionally in a corrupted file and will start making my BB go haywire. Once I delete the last image downloaded, things go back to normal. Happened to me twice so far.
