(random question)... why is it not possible to sync up your WINDOWS HOTMAIL account with your BB phone, or even go to the hotmail website on your phone's browser

You can, I have a launcher for the hotmail icon..
and I have my hotmail also pushed to the BB.. what are you trying to do?

I can go on hotmail in my BB browser.

I don't know; for some reason, when I type hotmail.com it says "the minimum browser requirement for this service is full WAP 2.0 support" - meaning that it's not supported by my mobile broswer

I have this same problem suddenly on my Storm.

It started when I upgraded from .167 --> .230.

Same issue on 8900...i have the 5.0 leak, think its the leaked browser?

Apparently you have to change the browser emulation mode. Go to your BB browser Options>Browser Configuration>Browser Identification. I set mine to Firefox. Hope it helps.

What does the Hotmail launcher do that pushing it to the BB doesn't? Are there additional features that way????
