I have the BB 8320. I set up my email via the phone (not on the internet). Now I'm trying to sign-in via the internet at www att blackberry net BlackBerry Internet Service but can't. I might be confused about this. I was thinking I would be able to manage my email, calander, etc. online and sync them together if needed.

Is this right way to manage?

I have all of my address and calendar via Palm Desktop.

But you don't sync via the BIS website. You use that to setup and manage your email account settings.

If you want to sync your calendar and address book, you need to use Google Sync or Outlook on your computer.

Note that email doesn't sync if you are on a BIS.
