    Someone please help!

The volume on BB Curve changes uncontrollably when I make or recieve calls - but does not when using the media player for music. The problem first occured when I was using the device to listen to music, closed the application to use the phone and then the volume change started.

I briefly got a message similar to "media malfuction" and then pulled the battery and was able to get the media player working again but note the volume during a call.

    Any thoughts??

I have tried a couple of battery pulls - any other way to reset the device or media function?

So let me see if I understand this correctly. You'll be on a phone call, and the volume changes all by itself? You're not accidently hitting the volume buttons?

Doesn't the curve have like an auto volume when your on calls? Maybe that is messing up.

Sounds like a software issue bring it back and have them run a diagnostic test on the phone.
