    BB Desktop Manager v4.6

    Using BES through company server

    Issue:
    If I edit or create an entry in my BB address book, the Outlook contact never gets updated/created. BUT, if I edit/create an Outlook contact, then it syncs to my BB... so it's only a 1 way sync.

    I have Wireless Synchronization set to Yes.

    Please help!

    You need to edit the configuration in DM so it's a 2 way sync

    HellKatzX,
    I get attached error message saying it cannot because my address book is set for wireless synchronization. Am I only allowed to sync address book with Outlook contacts, through only 1 option? Wireless or DM? Not both?

    Yes. You can sync one or the other.

    However, if you go into your contacts and turn off wireless synchronization, you can sync with DM and then switch back and sync wirelessly. That is if your IT policy allows this option.
