I ecently purchased new computer w/Windows 7 and MS Office 10. Downloaded BBDM, set up and synched device to computer with no problems.
Yesterday, when attempting to sync, the BB Intellisync gave the following message- "Operation terminated unexpectedly" - when trying to set up the organizer sync settings. Ironically, the contacts for Windows 7 would sync, but Calendar, Tasks, Contacts and Memo Pad would not sync with MSOFFICE. I updated both BBDM (6.0.18) and Device Software (4.5.0.175). No luck with that. Other messages given after failure was APPCRASH of the file RIM.Desktop.exe.
I've read various posts on sites regarding sync issues with BB and Windows 7/MSOffice 10.
Is there anyone who may have a suggestion or solution?
