I got my phone a month ago and just an hour ago ive discovered that my phone is no longer ringing,it's only vibrate. I've got it on loud and I checked to make sure that it should be ringing and it's still not. Does anyone have any helpful pieces of advice?
What OS are you running on? Options, third line down.
Certain OS builds are known to lose their profiles and ringtones settings, like 4.5.0.160 and 4.5.0.169, and possibly 4.5.0.138 IIRC. A battery pull as mentioned above will reset it temporarily till it messes up again.
