Currently several users are upgrading from a 8310 curve, to the 9000 bold

copying their video's : no problem, set both BB's to be accesslike a removable hdd and all is just good .

email wont be a problem since it'll sync just fine with the BB server + exchange...

the only "problem" I am having is this user has his sms on his current bb, and its NOT stored at the SIM, how am i gonna get them all (like 40) to the new Blackberry ???

oh, i almmost prolly must add, i think a it policy might be setting the sync to wireless only....
