BB Curve 8300 Decides It Will No Longer MMS
Here's the problem that's currently having me pulling my hair out..
About 2 weeks ago my Blackberry Curve 8300 suddenly stopped being able to send or receive picture messages. I've had the phone for over 2 years and this has never been an issue. I tried removing the battery, restarting, etc. with no results. Called my service provider (T-Mobile) and they eventually were able to tell me that everything looks good from their end - the network, my plan, and they see no reason why it isn't working. They also can't really help me troubleshoot the phone, because it's not a T-mobile phone. I bought it unlocked, but again, I've never had a issue with picture messaging before. Regular SMS, calls, etc. works fine.
I don't know what to do at this point, so any advice at all would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!Last edited by ASvet; 04-10-2012 at 11:44 PM.

Try resending a request to register your BB from Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table. Hit the menu key and select register now. Also make sure in the MMS settings that reception is set to "always" and automatic retrieval to "home only"
