Ok so tonight I have been showing friends videos on my phone that I took with my phone. More often than not I go to the media and try to play the video and my bb turns off and restarts. After a few tries the video will play. Any ideas why this happens? Is it because my battery is low?

That could be the problem. Low memory could be another reason.

What's your file free?

Edit: Nevermind, you have an 8330, so low memory is probably not the issue.
