Is there any way to change the look of your inbox for messages so that it atleast has an inbox and outbox or that it has different folders for each person or something? im tired of having 500 msgs in my inbox within 1 hr and not being able to find the one i want and then sometimes my inbox gets set to the bottem! and i have to spend 50 years scrolling back up!

Not really.
Unless you download the enhanced gmail plugin.

You can automatically scroll to the top by pressing T and scroll down one page by clicking space.
You can get to the bottom by clicking B

Previous day by clicking P and next day by clicking N.

If you have a gmail account you can use it and it will group emails together just like gmail inbox.
I wouldn't bother as it slows down an already suffering phone though.
There is also the gmail app. Also slows your phone.
Although I have the gmail app just in case I need to search for something.
